This Privacy Policy explains how Freedom Insurance Solutions (“Freedom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through freedominssolutions.com (the “Site”) and related communications. 1. Scope and relationship to client privacy notices
This Policy applies to information collected through the Site, including quote requests, contact forms, and document uploads. If you become a client, information we obtain in providing insurance services is also governed by our client privacy notice, provided as required under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and applicable state insurance privacy laws. Where those laws apply, they control over this Policy.
2. Information we collect
- Identifiers and contact information: name, business name, email address, phone number, and state.
- Business and underwriting information: industry, coverage interests, current carrier, renewal dates, payroll, revenue, employee counts, vehicle counts, loss history, and notes you provide.
- Documents: policies, declarations pages, loss runs, or other files you choose to upload. Please do not upload Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, health information, or bank details unless we specifically request them through a secure channel.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from others: insurance carriers, wholesalers, rating bureaus, public records, and consumer reporting agencies, where permitted by law and needed to quote or service coverage.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and place, service, and renew insurance.
- To submit applications and underwriting information to insurance carriers and markets on your behalf.
- To contact you by phone, email, or text message about your request, consistent with your consent.

4. How we disclose information
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We disclose information only as follows:
- Insurance carriers, wholesalers, and program administrators to obtain quotes and coverage for you.
- Service providers that host the Site, deliver email, store files, and provide analytics, under obligations to protect the information and use it only for our purposes.
- Legal and regulatory disclosures to regulators, law enforcement, or others when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Policy.
5. Cookies and analytics
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (such as Google Analytics and advertising conversion tools) to understand Site usage and measure the effectiveness of our outreach. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on. Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.
6. Phone, text, and email communications
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may contact you by call or text message about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts or ask us to stop calling at any time. You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in the email or by contacting us.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information and documents only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including the retention periods required by state insurance record-keeping laws. Quote requests that do not result in a client relationship are retained for a limited period and then deleted or de-identified, unless we must keep them for legal reasons.
8. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know or access the personal information we have collected about you;

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in Section 2 from the sources described there, for the purposes described in Section 3, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients described in Section 4. We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share information of consumers under 16.
11. Children
The Site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to websites operated by carriers or other third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
